Submit a Question
Note, registered users can submit questions by directly
clicking the Help/Submit My Question menu in the software. Your serial
number will be automatically added to the email subject. In this way you will
get priority technical support.
In most cases, you can receive a reply no more than 24 hours. If you can't receive any reply over 48 hours, please post a message on the Forum. Sometimes we may miss your emails or you may miss our emails due to the anti-spam settings or something.
