Using Moving Backgrounds

How do we set up a moving background instead of a stationary background? Something like this morph (on this website).

Also, any ideas how the author did the flipping face at the beginning? Could it have been done on a video-editing software?

With the coming version 5, you can use the Camera tool to make a stationary background moving.
Furthermore, in our develop plan, real video background will be available in the next version 6.
