Those pesky Register Codes!

I purchased the software and received the disk on January 12th of this year. My computer has died since then and I am trying to reinstall on a new one. The only things written on the disk I've tried to use for the name and serial # but they don't work.
What's my next step to get that info from you and start having fun with the program again?

Don't worry about it. Just contact us at
support@fantamorph.com, let us know your email address, user name or order no., we'll send you the serial number immediately.

I am a little worried! I've sent two emails to support over a couple of weeks and haven't heard anything. I sent one to sales a couple of days ago even.
