Latest version?

According to the web site, the latest version is 5.4.
I am running version 5.3.5 but when I tell the program to check for updates, it tells me I am running the latest version.

What gives?

Thanks. Would it help if I check for updates on off peak hours like 12MN? Tho I haven't tried this myself yet.
