Extremely Choppy Morphs

I just downloaded the demo, am using pretty big pictures to morph between. I say yes when it asks me if i want to adjust down the image sizes (scales them to 1024x768).

When I create an AVI, the playback is extremely choppy. I have tried different movie sizes when I export (640 X 480) and still no difference.

Suggestions?

You may need to add more frames or more key dots to avoid the "choppy" effect.
