How can I find out if I'm entitled to a free upgrade?

Can't remember when I first purchased FantaMorph. Checked my latest version of FantaMorph and it says I have version 2.55 and the date on the splash screen is 9/22/2004. I don't know if that's my original purchase date (free upgrade to 3.0) or when I did the last upgrade (from 2.5 to 2.55 ?) and I have to pay for the upgrade.

Please advise.

We have sent an upgrade email to all the users who can upgrade to 3.0 for free a couple of weeks before.
If you have not received this email yet, please contact our sales at sales@fantamorph.com with your order number, user name, serial number or email address of your original purchase.
