Can't register my licence number

I have a valid receipt and registration for fantamorph pro and when I enter my username and password the application does not register my code. There is simply an audible bing and no error message. I'm reinstalling the software because I reinstalled windows Vista and had to reinstall all my applications. Please help I have project I'd like to get going on. I've also tried contacting support twice since last week but have not received a response yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
